When did friends and family go away

I have not changed my plan in a long time, still on the unlimited data. I went to take a number out of F&F and add a new one only to discover that I don't have that option no more unless I change my plan, WTF? Has this happen to anybody else?

Chevy, I believe if you have "unlimited" you don't need the F&F anymore, all calls are free.

Well, Verizon does what they want. They don't care about customers anymore. They have gotten too big and they forgot how they got there. 90% of people will stay with them cause they love paying high prices and getting screwed all the time.
