Toshiba Excite 7.7 Review

Toshiba are slowly trying to build up their brand recognition amongst the competitive Android tablet market. Fortunately, they're steering themselves toward the correct direction, which is evident by the Toshiba Excite 10 that we reviewed recently. Donning nearly the same hardware as its sibling, the Toshiba Excite 7.7 just might satisfy those consumers looking to pick up a tablet that's a bit more compact...

Mark my words, the Nexus 7 tablet will get a crappy score too because of the lack of camera.

but why would anyone want to take pictures with a tablet holding it is just awkward it has a front facing camer a right?

Before any says "Another tablet let down for it's camera", keep in mind that if a feature is included then they (the manufacturer of the device) should make it work properly even though cameras on tablets aren't necessary.

Your right man but as we are always saying the camera in a tablet should take only 1/10 (or 1.5/10) of the overall score and not a third like in smartphones ! For me the right score for this review should be 7.5/10 and iPad 3 should be 8 for its crappy front facing camera (that is the only camera that it's used in a tablet to do videochat, cause it's completely madness to take photoes and videos with a tablet)
