Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 Review

With a slim bezel, lack of a home button, four speakers tuned by AKG, and last year's hardware on board, is the Galaxy Tab S4 worth its entry price of $650? Well, let's check it out!

They should stick with this screen ratio. I've had the S 10.5 for 4+ years, bought 2 iPads, the Tab S3, and none of them was as good as my Tab S for media consumption. This will definitely be my next upgrade.

What's the Actual screen height & width so I can compare to my Samsung s 10.5 hope this is not smaller in height in landscape.

Too overpriced. Huawei MediaPad M5 and iPad 2018 cheaper.

Wouldn't it be better to compare this with the 2018 9.7in iPad? it still loses so why compare with the pro lol. I suppose the comparison is about price, i forget that sometimes when I'm just looking at specs.

Your point just goes to show how much of a joke Android tabs are right now. This is probably the most spec-worthy Android tab out right now & it's not even as good as the cheaper iPad. I wish they would try harder. $499 would be a much more reasonable price point for you're getting here & I still think any of the iPads would be a better value at that point.

But how does it compare to the Tab S3? From this review, the only thing I'm really missing is DeX. And I'm wondering if that's something Samsung could add to the S3 via a software update. And would they even want to, if they could?

I'll rather wait for it to discount a bit or wait for bonuses to come with it. For me, iPad will eclipse it in the long run considering their update cycle is 2nd to none imo

This having ChromeOS (with some typical Samsung pen apps) would be instabuy for me. With a pure Android on the other hand ... even with DeX ... even with a really decent discount I can get and a free keyboard ... this is a hard decision. I would love to buy some successor to a Note 10.1 ed. 2014 ... BUT.
