Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ vs Galaxy S10+

One brand, two phones, and at least a thousand reasons to get either one of them. But if you have to pick, which one should it be? Should you go with the Note 10+ for the S Pen and the larger screen? Or perhaps you should stick with the tried and tested Galaxy S10+, which is more compact and retains the headphone jack? Let's dive further and explore the differences between these two 1000-dollar high-ends...

Phones don't "expire" after only 6 months. My Pixel 2 XL is still a fantastic phone nearly 2 years after its launch, and it still contends with the best camera phones out today. If you want to have a flagship phone feel like it's new and relevant, simply buy it when it launches. The new Note 10+ will be just as fantastic for the next 6 months as with the upcoming S11 will be for its first 6 months. But half a year later, both of these devices will be overshadowed by newer and better phones. It's a constant cycle, so get used to it.

”Phones don't "expire" after only 6 months. My Pixel 2 XL is still a fantastic phone nearly 2 years after its launch...” You Sir, are the problem to a stagnating market and price hikes! Just kidding, the market deserves this.

When s11 launches Samsung themselves gonna tell their new chipset is 25% faster 20% more efficient blah blah. When i spend 1000$ on a phone i shudnt get a feel like its old in just 6months. Evn note 11 comes its gonna pack d same s11 processor with extra s pen which i never gonna need. In that case s11 is still wud have atleast an year to its old status when s12 comes. There r people who still uses nexus. Am not that people, sorry different people exists on the planet!!!

Skip the S11, and wait for the Note 11, then skip the Note 11, and wait for the S12. See where this is going. Your comment made about as much sense as a poppy flavored lollipop.

Why cheat yourself? Next thing you will be waiting for the note 11 which is generally just a bigger S11+.

Does anyone else find the hole punch in the center to be WAY more distracting?? I have a S10e and it doesn't bother me at all in the corner. Especially if it were as small at the Note 10 hole punch. Anyway, Aurora glow is a bit obnoxious too. I'd go for the S10+ between the two for a couple reasons.

They don't seem to be trying to hide it like they did on the S10+.

The punch hole on the Note 10 didn't bother me when I was trying out the demo phone last week in the store watching some videos. But I will say that you're right about the aura glow. It really doesn't look that impressive when you actually see it in person. I'm getting the aura white color instead this weekend, though I wished that they had the prism white or flamingo pink on the Note phone.

Well, if you want to use DeX or Linux you'll need that amount of memory.

I still don't get how you guys are getting the same battery life on the s8+ and s10+. My s10+ last more that an hour longer than my s8+.

I am still thinking : for what we need more than 8 GB of RAM if still we can not play any console game on a phone like this!Yes,I know...in time,in few years will be good for apps! But then, how long can you keep your phone till the next flagship will be released? One year for 12 GB of RAM???

"Alternatively, there's Face Unlock on both the Galaxy Note 10+ and Galaxy S10+. The feature is not as advanced or as secure as Apple's Face ID, which makes a detailed 3D scan of your face instead of just taking a flat, 2D image. It is there mostly for convenience, not to make your phone unhackable. " No offence to the OP, but WTF is this even here mentioning Apple. You're not comparing the S10+ or N10+ features to anything Apple.. Learn to write a proper article or quit
