Apparently the camera only "barely" beat the iPhone XS and Pixel 3.. yet DXO review smashes both of them.

DXO is not somewhere you should be looking to for scores...thought this was known already.

A bit of inconsistency in article. Author talks about image quality "Well, excellent really! " Yet nothing mentioned in the pros .

There is a certain limit of things we can mention in the pros and cons to avoid making that list toooo long to read and bore everyone to death, and those things that we do mention are usually the ones that stood out in a big way or are particularly relevant to the phone. And since the Note 10+ image quality was very similar to the S10 series, it did not get a mention. If you want to know everything, it's better to just read the review and not focus on why something made it to the pros & cons, and others did not.

I don't really buy what you say. There is space to write another pros. Check other reviews on PA. Note 10 5 pros vs Iphone xs , Iphone xr 6 pros . At his point most flagship phones reached plateau and perform pretty much on the same level. In that respect if it performs so its more than adequate to mention in pros. After all phone camera is one of the most important things in the phone if not the most. You have to give credit where it's due. Honestly, no picking on things, but there are far more faster chargers than Note 10. Its fast but doesn't necessarily stand out. C'mon Vic ;p

Victor, i wished you guys spent a little more time on the S Pen as it should be the standout feature of the note.

Good excuses. Its humourous when i read the reviews here, because the biased tendencies show. The B-rate reviews are always lower than real sites with reputations that have more accurate standards and no bias. I dont plan on getting a Note, but i do see the negatives placed for it, when Apple has the same negitives, yet not listed. Same for the pros. Too long a list? Lol Check the iphone reviews, thats nonsense, at best. Sucks, that Samsung made a more productive and useful phone, but the sheer disrespect for fairness in review is why I mainly come here for humor.

Spot on. The bias is real. Yet when we can see the Apple bias our comments get deleted and banned.. Amazing communist replublic website they have here. Cant even have an opinion anymore

Certain limit unless it's an iPhone.. RIght? You add "Superb cameras" on iPhone review. But you choose to add "No headphone jack, no adapter in the box" on note 10 review If people bother to check this "lengthy" review. 10 pros and 10 cons as conclusion won't hurt..

How come between this and the S10 review you don't ever compare the snapdragon models? Not only is the camera performance better, but so is the battery life and general performance as well.

There is a second display mode for more accurate colors, unfortunately pa only tests the default one.

Just go here if you want "educated and accurate" screen review. DisplayMate state the N10+ screen has set the new benchmark in screens.

1308 nits = white image that covers 1% of screen . Also, high brightness increases the speed oled dies.

Victor reviewing note is funny. He should stay away from it considering he don't even respect the brand. Was missing headphone jack ever a con for iphones?

Another device better than iphones but still lower score. Is it forbidden to admit other phones are better than iphones? P.S I dont like Samsung stuff

It’s not better than the iPhone as it doesn’t have iOS. If it had iOS it would be better than the iPhone.

Cons Lacks exciting innovations like 90Hz screen... I'll test the display against my friends OP7 Pro to see if you have a point or if you're just on the "90Hz is better" bandwagon. Cons Battery life is just okay, not extraordinary Expound on "extraordinary" when it comes to battery life. Cons Phantom touches were an issue Gesture navigation does not feel perfectly refined User error. Cons No headphone jack, no adapter in the box Look up the cons for the iPhone 8/Plus & the X/Max & try to justify this. Not a single mention of this as a con. I mean, I don't take your reviews seriously in the first place as the way you use a phone isn't how I use it*, but at least make sense of the way you grade phones. *I don't lock my phone, which is why I didn't mention the FPS con.

90Hz is innovation? 120Hz screens have been around for 3 years already. These night modes are useless. You can clearly see the bright areas have tons of Noise Reduction, turning the trees into sponges. Not even counting the huge amount of ghosting caused by HDR stacking + slower shutter.

90hz is certainly not exciting. The average user wouldn't even perceive if they have it or not.

Let m know when these 1200 dollar devices were meant for the “average” user
