I thought i would never say this but the iphone 11 could be the better value buy.

I highly doubt that, it packs an old display technology, still old storage standard, lower ppi, smaller battery, and the latest iterations of IOS are plagued with bugs. Oh and no fast charger

But it has ip68 and wireless charging. It has a lower ppi because the screen is smaller

"It has a lower ppi because the screen is smaller" This makes me think you have no idea how PPI works.

actually I know how it works. So you're implying size doesn't mean anything?

So does s10. But it has reverse wireless charging and in-display fingerprint scanner, while also remaining the card slot and 3.5mm jack with a 128GB storage and OTG support

Old storage? NVMe > Ufs. Lower ppi? 326 ppi (RGB) > 300 ppi (due amoled) Smaller battery? But better battery life. Bugs? Oxygen full of bugs that never fixed.

Actually ufs 3.0 is faster, sorry to hurt your feelings.

Tried to google it and iPhone XS and Note 10+ Read speed was 1600 mb/s and write was 500/576mb for Note. Can’t be sure if they both had the same storage in testing. Because bigger storage equals faster reads/writes.

iPhone 11 doesn't have 3 camera unless you choose the pro for $999usd+tax and with only 64gb on board that is so a rip off price for iOS lol

When quality > quantity.

Ok PA are at it again. No expandable storage is a con for the 128GB 7T but not for any of the iPhone 11 series that come with a pathetic 64GB for the base versions. If I say what I really want I'll be suspended but it's clear what's going on here.

Yeah I thought so. They've slyly gone back and edited the cons. PA should also modify their flawed battery tests since they've managed to backtrack with this review.

Really? I use Android and iOS and I think this phone is a better buy than the iPhone 11. I wasn't impressed at all with the 11. I would love to use the 7t but just like the 11, I won't because both those phones are too damn big. I will stick to my Galaxy s10e and iPhone 11 Pro.

How? You’re paying $699 for 64GB. The 7t is 599 with 128GB and 1080p oled screen.

"It might look a bit old school, but it’s definitely something that you appreciate in terms of actual use." Old school? Am amazed that was written in the article. How about how great to have a normal flat screen instead of a curved screen.

Your battery tests are wrong, when will you change that?

1- Video recording is coming to the wide angle lens with Android 10. 2- Camera might not be on par with devices that costs twice as much as the 7t, but it's close enough. And with Gcam, it even matches it.

Facts, although, in my own tests of using Gcam on my 7Pro for a time for comparisons sake, I didn’t see too much of a difference. OnePlus is really close to producing a camera that will at least be on par with the smartphone camera kings. (I don’t think they will surpass Huawei, as Huawei’s cameras on their smartphones beat out everything, IMO and the opinion of many testers, reviewers, etc.). But as far as bang for your buck goes, OnePlus cannot be beat, and the 7T is proof of that, especially when you compare it to other smartphones about to be released.

This is a better value than a Samsung or Pixel

Let's not be too hasty. Better value than the Pixel 3A? Not even close imo.

Absolutely a better value than the Pixels, Scott. Much better, IMO.

I should point out that while OnePlus may have better specs, it doesn't have the advantage of being used on any carrier in the US, it's stock Android but not purely stock Android, it doesn't have the Pixel camera or a comparably good camera, and it's far more expensive.

Asus ROG killed 7t in India

Highly doubt that. ROG is too big and heavy. It's design is only good for gamers. I think Xiaomi Mi9T Pro is doing that in India though.

The only problem with the OnePlus 7T ? It's freakin' HUGE ! It's 4mm taller than the Galaxy S10+ and very close (within 1mm) of the Note 10+... At this (only) size it may be good for the Chinese market but not for the rest of the world.

Also too heavy, almost a half pound.

But, it's not super wide like iPhone 11 pro max or 11.

No sdcard slot, have to pay through nose for the extra memory. No 3.5mm headphone jack, have to use those cheap -ass BT-buds or keep buying good quality $50 USD USB-C-3.5mm dongles. How is that good value? Asus, Xiaomi, Redmi and others offer sdcards AND 3.5mm headphone jacks.

Great device, but since man needs to use cash to buy it...I would always buy P30Pro before that.
