OnePlus is "less expensive" only because people are (apparently) willing to shell out upwards of 1000 dollars for "a phone". When OnePlus started, the S5 I think was the so called flagship at 500 dollars, so what Oppo is doing is just increasing their price to stay on par with the gap between the high end, and themselves.

In Europe you can pickup the Galaxy S8 for the same price as the OnePlus 5, granted you have to order from Amazon Italy for that price but it's still the same price and it's unlocked so you can do whatever you like with it.

I don't understand how reviewers say anything positive about this phone when it comes to value. If you shop you pickup a Galaxy S8 for same price here in Europe, OnePlus 5 is not good value.

How has the battery been tested and what are the test criteria?

Nice phone but it doesn't line up with iphone 7, Samsung s7 and s8...

Nice phone and nice review phonearena. I've found through google a website which shows overall score and multiple sources' reviews for OnePlus 5, it's interesting to compare different opinions. (rewagg.com)

Since the beginning of the year I use 3T so I will not buy a phone of this company any more.
