LG Optimus F7 Review

Frequently becoming a common practice, we’re not seeing as many new mid-rage smartphones being announced, mainly because last year’s flagships tend to occupy the segment when successive devices come out. Regardless of that, there are a few batch that somehow come about through the cracks, which is the case with the LG Optimus F7...

How is 20 hrs of normal usage bad? I have seen people say their s4 can't make it through a 9hr day with normal usage.

I think John V meant that if it was on LTE, the battery life would be much shorter. But, I'm confused. My L9 struggle to get passed anything over 10 hours....this is great IMHO.

The 8gb storage would be a deal breaker for me. I don't see how anyone would have a phone with only 8gb storage. You couldn't give me one .

Please, if any one knows why so many review sites specify this phone with 2gb of ram instead of 1gb, It would be most appreciated! Since ive gotten this phone on Boost and found out it has 1gb available and the 2gb ram specs are fairly prevelent around many reviews, I would feel a bit less dissapointed knowing whether or not there is an international version of this phone which has the supposed 2gb of ram. thanks

I just bought this the other day for Boost Mobile (replacing the HTC evo Design) and I am really pleased with my purchase. 4G isnt available in my home area but 30 miles north (not officially listed as 4G either) I had 8 to 11 mbps download speed and 5 to 7 mbps depending what app I used either sensorly or OpenSignal... phone is worth the money. The 8gb storage isnt a big deal to me cause I have a nice 32gb micro sd card ....

I just purchased this phone a couple days ago and expressed to the person helping me, how important the GPS is for me as I travel a lot for work! I told please don't sell me the phone if that's a down fall, she said it worked fine and no complaints! So far I've heard negative reports on GPS for this phone, do I have hope or will I be needing to utilize the exchange policy within 30 days for another phone!! Been an iPhone user for a while and lost to many and didn't want the $135 dollar bill anymore and I wanted my replacement co-pay to be lowered from the $200 I would pay with Verizon when they were lost! I like with boost its only $80 to replace this phone! Feed back on GPS is greatly appreciated! :)

my first handset was horrible when it came to gps both accuracy and the time it tool to lock on. I took it back to radioshack within the 30 days and the second handset is much better but still not as good as my old phone HTC evo Design

I've had this phone for 1 year now and it remains solid. I have no complaints whatsoever. From call quality to display to camera to internet speed, its just a workhorse. My bill has gone from 110.00 with Verizon to 40.00 with Boost. Yes I pay for my phone but if you're smart, you can find deals out there. This phone gets 5 stars from me.
