HTC 8V Rio will feature a 4-inch WVGA screen and come with a 5-megapixel camera shooting 720p video. The Qualcomm MSM8227, part of the Snapdragon S4 family, is what powers the devices and it works along with 512MB of RAM. Connectivity-wise, the upcoming HTC Rio is expected to come with 14.4Mbps HSPA.
