Multiple 2017 Surface Pro variants available at massive $450 discount from Best Buy
Things have been relatively quiet on the Best Buy deal front so far this year, with the always generous retailer seemingly taking a breather after pretty much discounting everything you may have needed to experience the dreamiest holidays possible.

But now a hot new 2 Day Sale event includes hefty savings on “HDTVs, laptops and more”, with a discount of up to $450 on select Surface devices easily capturing our attention. As you might expect, that massive markdown is not available for Microsoft’s latest Surface Pro generation, which goes a measly $100 off list instead in an Intel Core i5 configuration with a 128GB SSD and 8GB RAM.

Meanwhile, three different fifth-generation Surface Pro models can be purchased for 450 bucks less than usual, starting with a Core i5/8GB memory/256GB storage variant that now fetches $849, down from $1,299.

Next on the list of limited-time bargains is a 2017-released Microsoft Surface Pro with Intel Core i7 inside, as well as the same 8 gigs of RAM and 256GB solid state drive. That one typically costs $1,599, setting you back $1,149 right now and until Saturday night.

Finally, those looking for maximum memory and storage space can opt for a 16GB/1TB configuration with a previous-generation Intel Core i7 processor, available for $2,249 after an identical discount of 450 bucks.

The entry-level 2017 Surface Pro model is also on sale for these next couple of days, fetching $699 after a decent (but not unprecedented) $260 discount. It’s important to point out Microsoft no longer carries the three variants currently available at $450 off list through Best Buy, and the third-party retailer bills this massive price reduction as a “clearance” deal. Bottom line, this might be your last chance to purchase these aging but respectable 2-in-1 bad boys.
