Wait... people actually believe this happened? The things people will make up to get views on twitter. "Grammy" is so savvy she can use emojis of humans AND cats gasping, laughing-crying emoji to mean she's laughing sooooo hard, teenage speech: "Verizon guy was totally casual about it," but a gif throws her off so much she drives to Verizon? Come. On. She pretended to go to Verizon, the family got a kick out of it, and the dude immediately uploaded it (without timestamps, natch) to Twitter to try to get some followers and infamy.
