Apple's refreshed AirPods expected out during Q1 2019 should provide a major boost for the entire wireless earbuds market, which Amazon and Google are likely to aggressively pursue next year as well.

Yup you're right. Apple takes away the headphone jack, now others are doing it. Apple makes their phones ugly with the notch and now other OEM's are making their phones ugly...such a weird trend we're faced with now. Listening to what consumers actually want has gone to the wayside. I'm not a fan of Samsung, but my bro picked up the S8 the other day...looks not bad. If the next note has a headphone jack, with no stupid display hole or notch, and a good battery...I might jump on it as my last saving grace. God I wish the gay sounding pixel was gone...and the nexus back in full force.

Copycats? PA please fruit company was not the first with wireless earbuds other companies did it years before. So who copies who?

Love the AirPods. Probably keep these for 2 more years.

Funny how it's not a problem to own headphones for 10+ years. You know good headphones, not a trash like AirPods.
