The article speaks for itself. The nickel and dime trillion dollar company.

They've dropped over 20% in value, not a trillion dollar company anymore.

It is simply wrong to bundle the subpar power brick, expecting for users to buy another accessory in order to decently charge their devices. I'm not saying to bundle this one or a wireless charger, but an iPad is the minimum decent power brick to have. Shame on Apple! I'll think about a way to get back from Apple the money I spent on the charger.

What a f**king ripoff. This is priced similar to the discounted battery replacement which ends by the end of this month. No wonder they reached a trillion dollar value.

Sure Apple should have included these in the box. Sure it's overpriced. Sure there are plenty of things Apple could do. But they don't have to. They're running their business the way they want, and it's had ups and downs and highs and lows like everyone else. Apple figured out that no one was going to not buy a phone because it didn't have fast-charge in the box so they didn't include it. That's just a business decision. It's 100% consistent with Apple's history of dongling everything. Other makers often include more features because the devices don't hold up in value within months after hitting the market and including extras or more is just another business decision. Once third-party accessories become available in early '19, this will look like a smart, time-specific decision. I hate being nickle and dimed like anyone else. But I also know every purchase decision comes down to what I (we) choose. There are plenty of other options, but they just aren't Apple-compelling in other ways.
