I've noticed stuttering on my S6 edge while recording in 120 fps... It's probably a software issue, since it's been happening more often ever since the Marshmallow update.

Wow, the 2015 flagships are also affected? I tested it, and that was not the case. Do you mind uploading your video somewhere?

Wow, that's a huge disappointment. Somebody recorded slow motion with an S7 in a very cold envoirnment, and the indicated battery temperature was 14.2’º of celsius. Some frames were repeated and some moments were skipped. That's HORRIBLE.

I can not stress, how deeply I hate this bug. If I see 240fps in the specifications, I do not expect a random, disgracefully unnecessary bug to mess up a good moment captured. Even 60fps is better than this horrible bug.

I found out, that if the S7 records 240fps for ten minutes, the first four minutes are not that much affected by this horrible and unnecessary bug, which should not ever exist at all. But after that, the last six minutes, and especially the three final minutes of that video (camera excluded from power saving), the lag is so much worse, that even 60fps would look more smoothly. #askTheTechLord
