So the "Lite" model is pretty much the Mi A1, but with an 19:9 notch screen and no USB-C for a higher base price than the Mi A1? Yeah... Xiaomi, you're starting to outsmart yourself.

I'm guessing it's a rebranded Redmi 6 Pro

Wooow wooooow why these are so much pricey? These are budget devices, at least they are suppose to be, so prices should also come down accordingly. Otherwise they'll flop for sure in markets such as India and China. So many sub $200 choices are there these days like Oppo Realme 1, Redmi Note 5/ 5 pro, Asus zenfone max pro M1, Honor 7X, Honor 9 lite etc etc. Even the Nokia 7 Plus with SD 660 is $365 in India which is a very good branded phone. Asus Zenfone 5z with SD 845 is just $440 in India.....lol

The design consists of everything I hate in phones nowadays: iPhone X rear-camera layout, notch + big ass chin, two antenna bands going straight across the rear plate, iPhone-like design on the bottom (speakers+ charging/usb port) It is the embodiment of stale design. Nice.

The only things missing in the MI A2 are the audio jack and the NFC. It's too thin OK, but the audio from the USB type C has a lesser audio quality right? And the NFC, wasn't there on the MI A1 and still not there here, what a shame.
