VoiceActivator adds full-system voice control to the iPhone
Isn't it a shame that your iPhone is so powerful, and yet you can't execute full-system voice commands like Android devices? VoiceActivator may be the solution. The new app from chpwn expands your Voice Control features to include any number of full-system commands.

VoiceActivator will allow you to retain the original function of Voice Control, but also create customized system actions, like opening particular webpages, apps, etc. The only caveat is that VoiceActivator will only work on jailbroken devices, including the iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 4G, and iPod Touch 3G.

The app is available now from Cydia under the BigBoss repository for US$4.99. But we have to ask, shouldn't the iPhone already do this?

Yes it should. It can recognize the name of my neighbors band but it can't be used as an app launcher. It should be system wide like android did.

i like that you can assign commands but .... i will leave at that. i try not to bash ios .. they should have done a lot of things but they keep try and keep that beautiful UI and software locked down.. this is the era of tech.. if they would play nice with others they may be surprised at all they could accomplish. but im just a dummy pecking away on the keyboard
