Sure we've seen a fair amount of carrier branded and even unlocked models of the HTC Desire receive a dose of Froyo, but now it appears that Virgin Mobile customers will be getting situated with it as well.
Thankfully, handset owners who've been holding dearly to the handset will be glad to see the Android 2.2 update being pushed out to them. Now the only thing left to do is to wait for the notification to pop up on your handset indicating that the update is now available for you.
For those who might have somehow forgotten, the update brings forth some much wanted items like 720p video recording, support for Flash Player 10.1, and the ability to tether you data connection.
