Okay... All I needed to read was the topic .... How can you say we don't need unlimited data. Yeah T-Mobile may not be the best carrier out. But I switched to metro pcs. today and I have already used 2gb of data. In one day! That's streaming HD shows on Hulu, Netflix , streaming Pandora.... Where I am located which is in Maryland... And travel to VA. I have no problem with metro PCs. Never had an issue with T-Mobile before either. I had Verizon today... And I had it... I can't deal with being charged for going over my data or my data slowing down.... I need my internet at all times to work at full speeds. I have not seen any buffering.... And I get between 20-60mpbs.... So that's pretty fast... I get unlimited everything for only $60... I was giving Verizon about $170 a month for just 1 line to have 24gb!!! Now I am saving $110! Why didn't I do any earlier??? Sure I gotta pay Verizon what I owe but hey.... My bill is cheaper and I get more benefits.... Plus,,, its not like I travel around the country to need verizon... If I need the service... Then I'll get a temp phone to use when I don't have service with metro... But I'm happy now...

Don't need unlimited to be honest, whole family doesn't even use 20Gb/month, myself the exception. I moved a few months ago and still haven't bothered to get Internet at home, have tmobile unlimited and I still use under 50Gb/month, and I cast a lot of Netflix to my TV.

Although I don't have or need unlimited data, his remarks aren't very forward thinking. A time will come when the cellular world should overtake the ISP world. I really hate for paying for both now. If I were them, I would be looking into how they could be a replacement for the ISP'S instead of an addition to.

I dont live in the USA so i cant really comment on what they offer there but i can offer my opinion that they should fire this CEO and replace him with some one that has moderate intelligence in the UK i have been tied to the same carrier for over 5 years not because i want to they are OK but its because i have to as they are the only unlimited data carrier in the UK that offers 4G/LTE - there are other carriers with better speeds in my area but they dont offer anything past 20GB per month for a much higher cost than im paying also 20gb is not enough for me as for most months im at least 30gb or over ... so using my real life example companies would benefit from offering unlimited plans to give consumer more options of course if they could do it at a decent price because im not going to pay and extra 20 a month to get a minor speed bump ....
