The Moto Z2 Play is one of the best mid-range Android phones that you can buy right now, and now, it has just gone way cheaper: Verizon and Best Buy have partnered to slash the price of the Moto Z2 Play by nearly $170.

The Z2 Play can now be had for just $10 a month over 24 months with a Verizon contract, down from $17. This brings its total cost down from $408 to just $240:

  • $17 a month over 24 months, or a total of $408
  • $10 a month over 24 months, or a total of $240

In our Moto Z2 Play review, we noticed that the Z2 Play was a bit short of the original Z Play: the Z2 Play has a solid "all-day" battery, but the original stretched into 2-day battery territory. For all else, the Z2 Play is about gradual improvements, and both phones support Moto Mods for added functionality.
