Is VERIZON the only company that holds back updates to their products. Just a personal question. I haven't had any other wireless carrier, but I'm really getting tired of it. Thinking about jumping ship to Sprint or T-Mobile. Any thoughts?

Not sure why Verizon would have held this update back after advertising it as the first 4g tablet. More than likely a Motorola thing. You can switch carriers, but I'm not sure if your situation will necessarily be better. Would u prefer a wimax or an hspa+ tablet over Lte?

I don't think it was Verizon that held this back... just thinking it might have been more on Motorola's end of things. The good news is that the turn around might be pretty quick for everyone. I sent mine in Monday and got it back today, so they had it in and out the same day. Granted they didn't bother recording my SIM card # with Verizon, so as I anxiously waited to see that 4G light up, it didn't happen, until I called VZW and they said it wasn't on my record :(

Anyone else having a problem with the request form? It keeps rejecting the address I enter. One time, it accepted the address, but the errored-out at the end. Now it's back to not accepting my address.
