LOL, Thanks but I'm more interested in the Android experience... I'm curious if I should try it out or see if anyone ever had any issues with it. Though I did not know that iPhone had that feature. Cool.

iPhone doesn't have facial recognition unless you jailbreak it and I used it on my gnex long time ago and it worked great

It worked great on my Galaxy Nexus except in dark conditions where camera has trouble recognizing the features on my face

i love it except in the dark i think samsung should have had a small led on the front for that as well if people wanted a selfie pic in the dark. on the update it aloud you to take multiple pics to upload the shots so if you had a hat on or sunglass it would use the other parts of the face to recognize you it was ok for the most part.

It's great that they're fixing the issue, but for the record, I never had an issue with decreasing accuracy on the Atrix's fingerprint scanner.

That's cool, but I'm curious how many people have attempted to access your Atrix. Maybe it unlocks fine for you but maybe it could unlock for others it's not intended to? I have no clue, I'm not trolling, I'm just curious just how secure it is.

I had friends try it when I first got it, and it wouldn't let anyone else in. *shrugs* I don't think it ever gave me an issue, and I used the scanner for about a year.

Cool, Anything a company can do to make personal devices that much more difficult to steal or gain access to is fine with me.

My old Atrix is also able to read my fingerprints without any issue. Every once in a while I take it and charge it and see if it still works...
The only thing I love absolutely about that phone was the fingerprint scanner

I can say that I have been on the 7.1 Beta for awhile now and have not had any issues with Touch ID. But I had a lot on the old software. I rolled back recently because of the security issue and I really miss 7.1. It was so much smoother and quicker. Also Touch ID works flawlessly too.
