Update causing connectivity issues for the Nokia Lumia 920

A number of Nokia Lumia 920 owners are complaining about losing connectivity to AT&T's network following the latest firmware update to version 1308 and some are complaining about their phone going from LTE with full bars, to EDGE to No Service to 4G; obviously an update for the update is going to be needed here to get these Nokia Lumia 920 units re-connecting to the network...

Well it looks like my 920 is working well. I'm sure Nokia will have a fix very soon for those who ran into this issue. Definitely something I like about Nokia is their humility to problems and their promise to fix it and they don't come up with some "you're holding it wrong" excuse.

Update should be on its way soon, i have the same kinda issue with the Experia Z showing 1or 2 bars. Should be fixed soon™®

Even I have problem with xperia z .... dam when I get call it freazes ending up with vibration... got it replaced yest lets hope there won't be problem again

I don't have that issue, phone works excellent after the update. Very interesting that PA didn't highlight the update of the 920 two days ago, but highlight this issue.

I updated, and have no issues. It did fix things like the auto-dim that was sometimes acting wacky.
There must be some other variable that causes the connectivity issue to appear for some.
Hope its corrected soon for those with the problem.

My 920 is on AT&T and I updated when it was released, I have yet to experience any problems. I'm sure that they will be fixing it soon.

Glad I'm not the only one having this issue. My phone will cycle from No Bars, to LTE, to 4G to E to G regularly. It is especially bad in areas where there is nominal signal. In the past, I'd keep connectivity with low bars, now my phone drops to No Bars. Very annoying. I love the fact that the Storage Manager enabled me to wipe 3GB of garbage data, but the lack of connectivity is a killer. Nokia, please address.

Mine had a little different problem. After the update, I dont see any features that are part of the update - no Storage Check option, no 'Never' option under Lock screen timeout, no fix to proximity sensor. Did anybody had this issue?
nokia, address it please...

For the storage check option and all those new features, you have to go to the store and download them. They should be waiting for you to download. The store will show like 8 updates available and those will be them. As for the proximity sensor, you got me on that one. It works well for mine. Shoot Nokia Care an email.

I have these network connectivity issues, but it's only in one place: my office in downtown Seattle. When I go home, everything works normally. This began the morning after I updated my phone at home, and I never had a data connectivity problem at my office before the update. AT&T opened a ticket over the weekend, then sent me an email two days later to say it was resolved. When I got to work on Monday, it wasn't resolved. They opened a new ticket yesterday, but from what I'm reading here, it looks like it's a Nokia problem and not an AT&T problem. I wonder if those of us who have lost data connectivity will get credits on our bills for the data we're paying for and not getting. I wonder why data will work fine everywhere but this one, tiny geographical spot. It works just fine once I leave my office.
