Unlocked Note 9’s Android Pie update finally rolling out in the US, One UI in tow
Those folks have been waiting the excruciating five months after Android Pie was released to land it, so we bet they are very happy as the update brings Samsung's new and overhauled One UI interface.
Chief among these is the enhancements geared towards one-handed operation, but also the night mode, as well as the ability to slap the most versatile systemwide gesture navigation set that an Android manufacturer has brought so far.
If you still hadn't gotten the update, fret not, it's rolling out as we speak, and owner over at the Galaxy Note 9 subreddit as well as other forums are reporting they already have the One UI update.
It should be about 1.67 GB in size, carries build numbers N960U1UEU1CSB3, N960U1OYM1CSB3, and N960U1UEU1CSB3, and, as you can see in the changelog here, is complete with the latest Android security patches dated February 1, 2019. Whew.
