Umbilical cord charger for the iPhone looks like the real thing
Japanese artist Mio I-zawa has a web site full of some realistic looking art. In the past he has created a mechanical tumor and some realistic models of the heart. We're not sure if he was making a statement about how some Apple iPhone owners always seem attached to their device, or treat it like their baby, but below you will find a video showing an umbilical cord charger for Apple's touchscreen phone.

The cord is said to be about 2 feet long and pulsates wildly when plugged in and working. Perhaps if enough Apple iPhone users who really want an umbilical cord charger contacted the artist through his web site, he could be persuaded to make a few more models.
