Haha this is funniest fail I've seen in a while. This image should be included in iPhone wallpapers, truly shows retina display's capabilities

*shrugs* my 6S Plus has been taking damn good shots, especially in manual with Procamera. It is not as good as my Sony Z3V however.

It's not the camera, it's the person using it.

Yeah, and if the CEO of the company can't figure out how to use the camera better -- what does that say for the camera and everyone else?

Your 6S Plus has OIS, the 6S doesn't.

It's the camera.

You can control the shutter speed on the iPhone, they support full manual control, it's the camera man.

The good news is, now, the regular sized Iphone 7 will definitely have OIS. The bad news is the price of the Iphone 7 will be about $800.

I don't think he would've posted a blurry pic intentionally knowing very well how it would bring about a bad rep to the iPhone. Maybe it was posted by accident or it could have looked pretty sharp bro the small low resolution display of the iPhone. Other than that I don't see any other way how such a embarrassing mishap could happen

"Try using a Samsung phone for a better pic!"
Only use Lumia if you want the absolute best though.

Only my 2nd time watching the Superbowl. As an Irishman living in New Zealand I don't get to watch much NFL. Is NFL always so stop start, taking about 15 minutes to get through 5 minutes of actual play?

Depends on the game and action. You get 40seconds to get the next snap off. While it is stop and go, the energy expended during that time is more than others. The stoppage is equivalent to soccer players not in the action kinda just moving around not doing anything while the others try to score.

Of course penalties slow down the game more, or an official review. During Defensive games the pace is much slower because the offense isn't doing much and they take more time to try and break through the defense.

Don't forget also things like incomplete passes and plays that go out of bounds stop the clock.

As someone who moved to the US from a rugby-playing nation, I understand your perplexity. The answer is YES. Took me a while to get used to—and some of my friends have never made the transition—but now I enjoy NFL football as much as I do rugby. Once you understand them, they are both very enjoyable games, albeit very differently paced.

I love rugby as well, try to watch it every chance I get. My college Alma Mater is one of the powerhouse colleges with an amazing rugby club (UC Berkeley) and try to watch a few matches each year on campus since I still live about 45 minutes away. One day I want to make my way to Las Vegas to watch one of the Rugby 7 matches and in awe of some of the Pacific Island teams: Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, NZ All Blacks.

Professional photographers use DSLRs, not smartphones.
