According to a Verizon Wireless timeline, we can expect to see the US number two carrier launch three more devices running on Windows Mobile 5 for PPC by the end of the year.
Pantech's 820 PPC is a smartphone in clamshell design with 1.3 megapixel camera, miniSD cards and Bluetooth support. It was
initially expected to be available on September 4, but now seems to be scheduled for September 29. The other two devices mentioned are made by UTStarcom and are codenamed Libra and Titan. Both handsets will support push e-mail with AKU2, but still there's no other info on specs and features. Expected launch dates are November 15th and December 15th , respectively for the Libra and the Titan.
