This phone case can measure blood pressure

Samsung patented something eerily similar not long ago, but a new phone case in development will allegedly measure blood pressure with a sensor you press your finger against, instead of the cumbersome cuffs for your wrist or arm.

why does no one ever talk about this sensor on samsung flagships??? probably a reason to never buy a smart watch... all the functions are on their phones already.

Cuffed sphygmomanometers are more precise than that case but if the results are not statistically significant then convenience wins this.

The new Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ can measure: 1) Blood Pressure 2) Heart Rate 3) SpO2 Blood Oxygen Level or (peripheral capillary oxygen saturation) 4) Stress Level

You can do the SpO2 from the S7 on. Too bad they don't market it better.

Samsung is the only company focusing on Health as well, not only on camera. My S8 can do 3 of what you have mentioned.
