The official Galaxy Note 7 return kit is morbidly hilarious and totally practical

The morbidly hilarious package contains no less than four boxes, some of which feature thermal insulation. There are also an anti-static bag, an instruction manual, and a pair of safety gloves. Who knew a smartphone had to be handled with this much care?

http://www.theverge.com/2016/10/11/13243962/one-way-forward-for-samsung I posted yesterday my idea, which is for Samsung to, in the seven weeks before the holiday season hits, ensure that the flat GN7, which was never released, is entirely safe, and release it as GN7S or GS7 Pro. In the days of the S6 and S6 Edge, it was proven to us that the internal designs were entirely different between the edge and flat phones. It seems that the flat phones could be exempt from this fire risk, and that if Samsung can prove that, the new device would help soak up some of the sales.

Oh Gosh... enough already iPhoneArena!!! We already know Samsung cancelled production of Samsung Galaxy Note 7! (you did make it clear by posting more then 3 articles about it) This is already turning into hate and discrimination but worse than that, it appears to be envy and jeaolosy. STOP IT! It's not fun and we come here to read news related to technology and cellphones and it is not nice at all to read articles mocking and bombarding Samsung. I am no Samsung fan, but this has to stop.

You know, Phonearena are adopting trolls. You can't just ask them to stop because those trolls are fed by clickbaits, and that's how Phonearena survive.

I disagree Every new news item relating to the Note 7 should be reported. After all, this is a news blog.

Yep. PhoneArena exists to report news relating and relevant to the smartphone industry. The Note 7 is a hot topic right now and they are going to report it wether you like it or not. Of the constant stream of warnings about the Note convince more people to return it I'm all for it.

Yes we come in here to read news related to technology and cellphones... this is a cellphone and this is news.... It is like you are reading a newspaper online and you complain cause you read about to many accidents... you are reading it to know about that... it is not bad to know about what is happening with the Note 7.... and I do not think that it is jealousy... about what?

You're a trailblazer sir. Just kidding. But if you really want to hit PA where it hurts, don't comment or accidentally click any of the ads. Ad revenue and link backs to keywords within our comments are what keeps the lights on for webmasters.

As it should be. It's news. News is reported. Why is this so tough for people to understand?

One thing is to report news and the other to make fun of a company who is in troubles with one of its flagships and can't figure it out where the problem comes from.

It's pertaining information to people's safety. What part of that doesn't make it newsworthy?

... which is weird, isn't it? The Note 7 is basically an S7 Edge with a pen. Couldn't they use the battery o/t Edge? It has even more juice than the one from the Note 7, yet the device is a few millimetres smaller. So it should fit. I simply don't understand this. Unless the problem isn't really the battery but the device itself. In that case: Good ridden!

Sammy put out such an epic fail of a phone, so lame.

Funny thing is that Apple has put so many "epic fails" on the market (Antenna-gate, Bendgate) yet people are still lining up whenever there's a new model. In fact, when I tell people with iphone 4 about Antenna-gate then none of them seem to have heard about this. So I think that when the first rumours of the S8 comes about that people will again line up for the next model. It seems that consumers are lame brainless forgiving morons. No matter what brand they shop. I, on the other hand, am less forgiving.

Lmao!!! I feel so bad for Samsung. And to think I was wanting a note 7 so bad! Samsung is going to have to release several flagship phones WITHOUT battery issues before I ever trust them again

I agree the Note 7 was a major failure coz of the battery issue.. But seriously PA, how much did you get paid to Troll the Note 7.. Right now it looks like even if the Note 7 packaging had a scratch you would report it

Samsung here's my 2 cent tip Just relaunch note 7 without the battery and ur loyal fanbase would still buy it ,without objecting it
