It was truly a long time coming, but the official Digg app is now available in the App Store for iPhone owners out there. The free app simply will allow you to view all the most popular content on the web that's chosen by Digg members. Sure you can simply use mobile Safari and accomplish the same thing on there, but the Digg app essentially offers an experience that's customized specifically for the iPhone so that there's a seamless browsing experience. In addition, members can either Digg something directly on the app and even comment about the story. Even though it took an extremely good amount of time to finally become a reality, nonetheless it's nice to see that the app has finally arrived – so go ahead and check it out for yourself.
