The iPhone 6s vs Nikon D750: 4K video beating the pants off a DSLR

The iPhone 6s ushered Apple into the world of 4K video recording that Android handsets have been inhabiting for a while now, and, as usually happens when Apple considers a technology mature enough to offer it on its handsets, the 4K video shot with the new iPhones is polished and well-done...

"as usually happens when Apple considers a technology mature enough to offer it on its handsets" This made me laugh.

Well it was pretty much expected. Even the 4K video from the Note 3 will beat the video by the D750, and here's why: 1. The D750 can only shoot at 1080p at max. And we already know that even a bad 4K is better than a very good 1080p video. 2. The 750D is not built for videos anyway. It's centred around photos and it does it very well. 3. Put even an entry level videography camera like the lumix GH1 and watch it beat the pants off the iPhone. The Sony RX100 MK3 will destroy it. Don't believe my facts. Here's the Note 3 beating the crap out of canon 5D mark III. And note that the Note 3 is beating the 5D mark III even after downscaling the video to 1080p. http://blog.gsmarena.com/galaxy-note-3-faces-canon-5d-mark-iii-video-comparison/ And no one is going to shoot a professional video from a phone that records the video in low-bitrate mono.

This is a paid ad, and intended for the ignorant, so that they would say "the iPhone 6s' camera is better than a DSLR!!!!"

Sadly, most people will believe it... I guess I could post my S7E takes better pictures than a NASA satellite (go to review it, and the satellite is from the 70s...). There you go! My device is better than a satellite!

Hey Buds, I have a Microsoft Lumia 640 XL and I compared its camera against an iPhone 6. The images were identical in addition the Lumia 640 XL even out performed the iPhone 6 when blown up for viewing. Camera sensor size and aperture is what matters, we all know Nokia, Sony and Microsoft now makes some of thee best cameras in the smartphone market.

hahahaha i am laughing my ass out this is an insult to human intelligence because he is using a camera that takes only really awesome still and that camera is not made for video recording if he had guts he should have used rx100 mark 4 4k recording because that camera murders and s**ts on iphone everyday apple paid him good really good and apple also paid phoneareana

What about the Nokia Lumia 1020 vs iPhone 6. Whoops sorry were just biased today. Even a Lumia 640 XL which is $225 full retail nearly matches the iPhone 6 camera. Between John V and phonearena this site is starting to feel like iGalaxy6.com Did he try a Z5 Premium, G3 anything. Sad

i guess the thing is, Apple sells, therefore these sites need to publish articles praising those products. this creates flame-wars and discussions and they have what they want - traffic on their ad-enabled websites. i guess i need to remove my account and not checking it again.

This article (aorry, I should have said clickbait zone) should read: iPhone 6s video resolution is higher than the Nikon D750 Which isn't news at all... Compare it with a system camera that has decent video like a Panasonic or a Sony and you'll find out than in reality the iPhone will be at least 3-4 stops behind. Especially in low light. It will be ten years from now before an iPhone can even challenge my ~5 year Panasonic GH2 in Full HD. BTW, Nikon, Canon and Olympus all suck at video.

How about comparing 4k video with an 4k video camera and comparing stills with the DLSR? No? Narh i know, then the iphone would look like a stupid toy......if you want to compare, then compare apples with apples.....

Wait a minute.... I own a Nikon D750 and am 100% sure it doesn't do 4K recording, so how is this even a valid comparison?

I can do a comparison too, I bet you my steel mallet is more powerful than the 6s.
