The Xiaomi Mi 8 took less than a minute to sell out in China

Aside from all of this, Xiaomi has upped its game in the camera department with the inclusion of two 12-megapixel lenses on the rear along with AI technology. Furthermore, a 20-megapixel selfie camera has been placed within the display notch. Speaking of which, aiming to take on the iPhone X, the Xiaomi Mi 8 offers 3D facial recognition technology, making it the first Android smartphone to do so.
