Cause giant companies think their fans are going to stay with them with hardly any change. In short giant smartphone vendors think the general public are dumb and brainwashed. We the techii guys Arnt part of the General public.

Think about it, almost every company's name sounds dumb until you've gotten used to it...

Seems like a copy of the upcoming McLaren from Nokia/MM.

Also, why is the smartphone in the images different from the smartphone in the video?

they say holographic, but is it really? isn't it just adapting the screen to eye motion like amazon's phone?

If such it isn't really holographic to my knowledge, at least how I see it, since holographic to me means the image is separate from/does not have a display.

Now will this phone be pre-loaded with the Princess Leia .gif or will I have to download it myself? I assume that is the main purpose of this phone.

Its gunna take a while before this is accepted to the public.....look at Microsoft's kinect it didn't sell well because the technology is ahead of its time and so the public "fears" it. Same is going to happen with holograms we are just not ready yet.
