T-Mobile knocks $200 off the price of Galaxy S7, S7 edge and Note 5 if you switch

As if to celebrate the arrival of the new Samsung king in the big-screen class, Galaxy Note 7, T-Mobile is offering a generous discount on its predecessor, Galaxy Note 5, as well as the H1 champs, Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. All the three phones are available with no less than a $200 off if you switch to T-Mobile and activate a 10 GB or higher data plan. Pretty cool.

Just happened to know that the unlocked/international version can be used on T-mo, ATT, and Verizon network. All you need is to flash the correct firmware. XDA Forum has more details about it.

...and that has to do with the pricing because....? Keep in mind, not all of us want to deal with the hasstle of flashing and risk of bricking a device, especially when it's out of warranty and won't be honoured by Samsung north America.
