Waka: yes, he does.

Remix: I've been considering switching over to tmo, the value plan is way cheaper in the long run, but since I would have to buy two phones outright(can't count out the wifey after all) ill probably drop around a grand easy, I know I can bury some of that cost with my EVO and her epic touch, but that's still a lot of cash, so my question for you would be what do you think would be the best bang for my buck?

The value plan is still better.

You pay less for the Value plan phones down payment than you do for the contract phones. The plan is also going to be 40 a month cheaper for 2 lines.

You dont have to buy them outright. With Value, you can put the downpayment down and they will bill the rest to your account, without any interest or extra fees. If your buying OneS or SGS2 on contract, your still going to be paying around 650 before rebates for them. On the Value, off the top of my head i wanna say its 500 down payment for 2, but you get half back in rebates anyways.
Value is cheaper up front, and cheaper over the life of the contract. + if your a diehard, you can buy another phone whenever you want and bill it since there is no 2 year discounting.
