T-Mobile and Cingular suspend Motorola RAZR sales

T-Mobile USA and Cingular Wireless have put a hold on the Motorola's RAZR mobile phones sales due to a problem with one of the components, which causes the ultra-thin devices to drop calls or reset themselves. According to the Motorola spokesman Buddendeck, who did not reveal the component causing the problem as well as the specific Razr models affected, the process of checking the supplies and recalling those with a defect component will be completed soon and the shipments possibly will be resumed next week. Buddendeck also claimed that Motorola and and the wireless carriers have taken steps to ensure that all the customers, who have already bought a defective Motorola RAZR handset, will be able to exchange it.
