T-Mobile USA ranked #1 again according to J.D. Power and Associates Report

For second year in a row, T-Mobile USA ranked #1 among all major six US carriers in providing a positive experience among customers who contact their provider for service or assistance.  With an index score of 108, T-Mobile performs particularly well across all factors, especially hold-time duration and problem resolution efficiency. In addition, T-Mobile customers' average hold times before waiting to speak with a service representative are 34 percent shorter than the industry average (2.27 minutes versus 3.44 minutes). Verizon Wireless, Nextel, and ALLTEL also perform at or above the industry average.  The 2005 Wireless Customer Care Performance Study is based on responses from more than 8,600 wireless users who contacted customer care within the past year.
