I'm not a sammy boy,in fact my favourite android phone is the HTC One,but it makes me laugh when I see some comments like yours. Tell me why does Xperia Z is better than S4 or HTC One?Give me some arguments. In fact,Xperia Z has alot of flaws with its display. It also has alot of lag because of the buggy UI and the Snapdragon Pro is a 2012 SoC which is inferior to the S600.Stop fanboism!

Jeez, for crying out loud! Have you actually used the Xperia Z? I doubt it otherwise you would not making such sweeping statements. I can assure you the screen is anything but washed out and I am busy loading films on to it for viewing. Build quality, Screen, camera all superb. Also getting the HTC One as I could not really choose and need 2 phones (means I get variety instead of two of the same). This way I have the best of both worlds as the build quality of the HTC One is also premium and probably better than the XZ. As far as I am concerne, I shall be in the possession of the two best phones by Friday 15 March when my One arrives. I have always liked the option of flipping from one phone to the other. After problems experienced with the build quality of my S3 and even worse and more importantly the seriously appalling customer service/support, Samsung simply does not exist for me!

Here! I have no problems with this phone at all :) It obviously has the metal frame, bigger full hd OLED screen, larger battery (with that thicker profile ) Also has the expandable memory, BEST software, best processor, probably the best 13MP camera.. Overall, it beats the One and Z easily and thoroughly

I already expect this phone to get 9.3 ratings but let see with the sales!! Hahaha

Metal frame? You mean the plastic part that is made to look like metal but is prone to cracking if this is similar to the S3?

If this is SG4....then i am in bad dream...........

seems real deal.........if you compare it to teaser video, phone in this video has highest brightness when it boots and the same happens when the boy in the teaser video, opens that unpacked box.... So, this time Samsung failed to protect S4

i bet non-samsung fans are rejoicing over this. samsung doing the apple way of keeping design. i really have to agree that it looks ugly. the earlier leaked/rendered images look better especially the black and white ones with not so rounded edges.

i'm fine if it's still plastic, but with all the hoopla that Samsung are doing with their ads, one would hope they have something better than just an S III with a larger display and faster CPU+GPU (remember things like smart scroll and the like are already getting backported to the S III anyway, and even if Samsung don't do that, open developers will.

I just can't see the hype in the Sony Xperia Z. The specs are nice but as far as design goes it looks basic. A square block with a volume rocker and a power button. Besides almost every Sony Xperia device that comes out it ALWAYS has problems, can't say this much about Samsung phones.

that's because you understand nothing from designing and aesthetics. Sony designs were and are among the best designs ever. there was a poll in the very site which proved it. im not a fanboy of Sony but as far as i experienced almost every brand, i think that Sony designs are exceptional.

I LOVE this design :) It keeps the same size as the s3, but cuts the bezel from side and the bottom, adding the bigger screen AND ALUMINIUM frame for better durability. Also, big lens on the back looks like a serious take on the camera quality. One who wants a full aluminium phone will easily be able to buy a metal back cover

I Bet it's not an aluminium frame, just like the Galaxy S3's faux-aluminium side, and the ATIV S's faux aluminium back.

looks like the same freaking design as s III....if this is really legit we expect Samsung to loose some of it's costumers...

WAY TOO BIG, why can't anybody make a high-end 4.3" phone anymore. Thank god HTC sticked with 4.7" isntead of 5". It's a step in the right direction. And it's UGLY.I don't ask samsung to do a aluminium unibody since it's just impossible for them to make one (even the ATIV S is just faux-metal); but at least get rid of the slippery shinny fingerpirnt magnet ugly faux-textured glossy "Hyperglase" crap, make it AT LEAST Matte. Nowdays i don't care if a smartphone has an octacore chip with 4GB of ram, The S600 is already verry powerful, all i care about is battery life (well at least in the S4 you can swap batteries), design, and multimedia capabilities ( screen, speakers, camera...) and HTC got the 2 last categories. And touchwizz is still ugly, from what i've seen from the HTC One, Sense 5 looks like a bit different version of stock android (it's got the HALO UI), while Touchwiz looks like android 2.x. Can samsung hire software designers for both hardware and software?? And Smasung needs at least 32 GB of built-in storage, a micro SD slot isn't an excuse for a 16GB version, you can't install apps and games on it, and games nowdays are really heavy, especially with the upcoming 1080p phones. And if this is pentile again, i'll have one big laugh. HTC One, you're the One.
