I think Bill Gates comment when the iPhone was first announced kind of says it all (may not be the exact quote): Why couldn't MS have invented that?

Steve Jobs took Apple from death's doorstep to the highest market value publicly traded company in 14 years. That is more than Bill was able to accomplish.

yea, I agree, the iPhone is the greatest invention of my computing life. All you Android fans out there owe your thanks to this invention too. Whether you want to admit it or not. It changed phones and life...

I tried to stick to my windows phone and met someone one day with an iphone. We had just got to a post office and it had just closed and locked the door (many of you probably have gone through that experience)... I immediately started to look on my windows phone (a Samsung Epix win 6.5) and he pulled out his iphone and was already dialing the nearest post office to ask what their hours were. I was miffed... This was about 2 years ago... I knew my phone could do that - given time. But having the information quicker and being able to make decisions about life i knew then that I needed that phone... and I lived in denial until I got the iPhone4. I now literally have information at my fingertips. That has changed my life and how I get information, process information, and can use this information to make my life easier... Thanks Steve and Steve... and you too Bill

Intresting if true that mean the Microsoft still has about 22 percent stake in apple which means they make a huge chunck when apple make guap. but anyway steve and bill will always be rich on until their dieing days...
