If Steve Jobs didn't pass away or Steve Wozniak is the CEO, Apple won't be falling down to the sinkhole.

Damn! Apple should have patented Jobs' behaviour and characteristics so that Ashton could've done exactly as told. Any false move and bang! I sue you!

If they'd patented that, Ashton would not have been allowed to portray him, and the movie would be facing a lawsuit and ban right now.

Then, Apple would claim that the patent covers all acting and movie making and try to shut down the entire industry.

Yes and, just like iPredicted, this movie is a major FAIL; I knew that talentless Kutch-Kutch was going to ruin this (just like he did 2½ Men) so, in the end, no surprise. I can't wait for all the Steve Jobs diSciPles to run (panting) to their local theaters to watch this only to run out screeching in disappointment.

If anything good comes out of this bioFlop is, it will finally put a nail in Kutcher's career coffin. Him and JLo, the two biggest no-talents on this Earth.

As I already have said before, I think that this movie is just a hidden Apple's intention to keep hype about Steve Jobs. A lot of people recognize him but not many exactly knows something about him, majority of peoples just follows Apple's artificially increased hype about Steve Jobs without any actual knowledge. Steve Jobs has done a lot for his company but nothing for tech. Almost all Apple inventions was made before Steve Wozniak left the company because he is a genius but for some reasons all hype is not about Steve Wozniak but about Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs was just a marketing specialist and nothing more (talking about the tech world) and thats why I don't see any reasons why tech lovers should feel any hype about Steve Jobs (maybe marketing people should feel hype, but not tech people). As I have said before, I think that Apple just artificially increasing hype about Steve Jobs since they use Steve Jobs as a "brand" or "icon".

I bet they won't make a Bill Gates movie and he's helped so many people with his foundation, he stands up for the middle class, he was truly a tech geek, etc. We get a movie from a supposed jerk though. People love jerks!

You don't have to be an MS fanboy to appreciate what Gates has done for society.

The problem with Gates is that he still lives.

had he died at the peak of MS's domination, you bet your butt there would be movies about him. There probably still will be when he dies.. but not right now.

I respect Gates far far far far more than I ever will about what Jobs has done.

you forgot there's already a documentry movie called "Pirates of Silicon Valley 99'". It's better than ASHTON'S "JOBS" MOVIE. and that documentry was great. You can stream it on youtube if they haven't taken it down yet.

I agree with InspectorGadget80, I saw that movie few years ago, really good. Also I suggest to watch "Bulletin Board System" documentary film.

Steve Jobs may have been a visionary but he was no genius. He just knew how to use Other's products better is all.

Steve Wozniak was the real genius behind Apple at the start. If he hadn't had the homebrew hobby back then none of this would exist right now. Woz is a real geek whereas Jobs eventually became a showman with visions of what would make tech products.

I think I may wait until Aaron Sorkin's movie about Steve Jobs comes out. He took a far less interesting character in Mark Zuckerberg and made one of the best (if not the best) movies of the year out of it. Shame they had to take a legend like Jobs and make an average movie out of it.

I wouldn't expect a feature film that is not a documentary to really portray people accurately. It is made to be entertaining first.

I may see this film when it comes straight to Netflix streaming, but I am not wasting 10.00 on such an inaccurate movie.
