Second? Not even in the top 10. That doesn't change the fact that the Blackberry trajectory has turned into a nosedive into the ground, and the smartphone trajectory is completely based on the iPhone experience. Not the 10 Pradas that we're sold, not the Androberry, not Windows Mobile, and certainly not Blackberry, given the paucity of QWERTY phones in the wild, but the iPhone.

Difficult to explain. Read Dogfight: How Apple And Google went to war and started a revolution... Good read. Shows the dynamics of the smartphone industry back in 2007. :)

"whose images are considered to be "contemporary, timely, relevant, interesting, and educational".  When you put it in this context... Maybe I could see how he could deserve it and it still a bit of a stretch. But as a man, no. We all know the man was a d!ck, no matter how much we may like some of the devices. And yes, I'm sure the stamp will be very magical and innovative. The thinnest and most advanced stamp on the market and all that. I just wonder if there will be lines forming weeks early to be "One of The First" to own them? The USPS site could use some of that Apple money right about now.

"The USPS site could use some of that Apple money right about now." True. The sad thing is, they will probably have to fork over a majority of the profits to Apple as a royalty... Look for the USPS to keep around .02 for every stamp sold.

A stamp with just the "Apple Logo", would probably sell more. Unless you like licking the back of his head. O.o
