Could you read the source better, the HTC One is not capable of using the 3 bands of LTE, it only has the radios for 1900.

In the news release they say that the HTC One max is coming later this year and will be triband/Spark compatible. This is the 4th phone in the release.

pfft sprint sucks ass in los angeles i feel bad for my friends with sprint lte phones they on slooow 3G 90 percent of the time in LA one of my friends who lives in pico has to walk 20 mins to a walmart to get lte all her block is on slow 3G . Everyone even metro piece of shyt has more lte than sprint over here even tmobile which tmobile was last to get lte in La it already surpassed sprint which supposedly brought lte to La first than tmobile ,tmobile left it behind has lte in more places in la than sprint..

Really? That's funny because I was just in LA and my iPhones LTE was faster then both my friends who had Verizon and AT&T... We were laughing about it because my ping was half theirs.

IPhone 5s? If so it's dual band LTE and your comment would make a lot of sense.

Great, it's going to be another $10 premium called "Premium+" on top of the already "$20" Premium and Smartphone.

Sprints broken/delayed promises and slow roll-outs will only create more churn. Yeah, they made up my mind for me....not an option!

sprint LTE is getting better. LTE was a joke beginning of the year but now, i have LTE pretty much everywhere i go in NYC. From a reliable source, LTE footprint in NYC is about 50 percent done. reason why LTE rollout is taking long for sprint is they are overhauling the entire network, unlike Tmobile, who is just doing minor installation at the cell tower for LTE signals. Sprint is doing backhaul updates, new panels RRUs, etc. i would say with triband LTE, sprint is back in the game in 2014 for most of the cities.
