Well with Android 4.0 I read that the Android phones will no longer need home keys so with that said the screen can simply cover the place where the home keys usually are so it wouldn't make the phone a whole lot bigger..

it will probably be smaller than the current 4.3 inch phones because of those buttonless faces.

Basically, chop off the huge chunk of space that the buttons take up on your phone and see how much shorter it is.

Phones are getting overated. By the time this phone comes to the states samsung galaxy 4 will be out. The best phone ever was the motorola vtec flip phone chrome color from years back.

IT doesn't matter, Verizon wont get it and it wont even come to the US until 2015. I wish I was wrong though, da#$... what specs.

Resolution seems to be mistake...its more square than a widescreen! Rest of the specs are excellent...as one can imagine :)

it will drop half the specs by the time it hits...like a kid eyeing candy. grab grab and then stomach ache. They will find a reason to lower the processor reduce the ram and all. Seems like phones are always super awesome until they hit and we find out oh...they are ok...

Gotta keep dangling that carrot! If the SGII is such a high-end phone then why undercut it with SGIII rumors before the SGII gets its dual-core boots on the ground? This tells me that the SGII will not get Ice Cream Sandwich! The SGI never got the updates they promised that were suppose to follow soon after the launch. I ran out and got the Epic and never got the official updates, Sprint blamed Samsung and vice-versa. I know I could have rooted and all that but why should I have to do that if they promised to update?

2.0 Ghz of horse power but to me a little insane, it depends on how complex the apps really get. If those specs are true, then it replaces any labtop or tablet. Imagine the price too.

Out of stock?

Posts: 3131; Member since: Jan 12, 2010

No, worse. They havent even shipped any Sprint stores the phones. They arent getting them until Monday. It amazes me how they would open early on launch day for the EVO 3D but yet act like this phone is nothing and make us all wait. I was going to be there at freaking 9 am right when they opened to get one.

Seriously screw Samsung. I hope this article stops people from buying the S2 all they did was crap on the U.S. market. And now their going to get people locked into contracts when they know their going to release this? It's a crying shame.

dont think its samsungs fault, they released the phone in spring everywhere else and the galaxy s3 is to to come out next spring so that is a whole year between the release of the two...blame your carriers for the delays and i would not be surprised if the gs3 is delayed for the US again...hopefully your carriers change there way :)
