Sony Ericsson to make Xperia X2 official next week?
At a yet to be announced press event next week, Sony Ericsson is expected to announce the first of many handsets that will wear the Xperia name. The Xperia X2 is supposed to be the first of these to be made official. With a side-sliding QWERTY, a 3.5 inch WVGA OLED screen, 8.1MP camera with AF and the all important 3.5 mm audio jack, the device is expected to be powered by Windows Mobile 6.5. Hopefully we will learn more about carrier availability, launch date and pricing at the press conference. After all, according to the joint venture, this device doesn't even exist yet.

Hope that SE loads this with plenty of Goodies- micro usb, 3.5mm jack, micro sd, digital compass, dual speakers, an FM transmitter, 16GB inbuilt memory and with a competitive price tag can put good old Sony Eric back on Track.

I hope that they put the same camera as on the C905 with the xenon flash and smile shutter. And please improve the X panel by making more downloadable panels. Also heard that WM 6.5 is capacitive screen compatible so hope that this will have a capacitive screen.
