Sony Ericsson announces W950 walkman phone

Sony Ericsson has expanded its lineup of walkman phones by adding W950. The bar-designed device is running on Symbian v9.1 OS UIQ v3 just as M600, which was announced last week. The main features of the dual-mode GSM (900/1800/1900)/UMTS (2100) handset are:

  • 2.6-inch QVGA 262k color TFT touch display
  • 4 GB flash memory (stores up to 4000 compressed tracks)
  • Opera 8.0 Internet browser
  • Windows Media player (MP3, AAC, AAC+, E-AAC+, WAV support)
  • Audio/Video streaming
  • Bluetooth/USB/Infrared connectivity
  • FM radio
