Skype with video leaks out for HTC ThunderBolt

The HTC ThunderBolt was to be the first with support for video chat via Skype, but the feature was cancelled in the last minute. Now, however, your trust for the HTC ThunderBolt has finally been rewarded as Skype with video calling has arrived in its full 4G glory…

okay... maybe im reading this wrong ... But it says that video calls are 'only' on the Thunderbolt ??? .... i have a Verizon iPhone4 and have been using Skype video calling since it came out !?!?! on 3G or Wifi... both work.

they are talking about android, it didn't have video chat on Skype(Skype hasn't added that feature) yet, now there are saying that Skype's new update for the thunderbolt allows video chat with Skype

everytime i try to download this thing it says unable to parse the package. Ive tried unzipping and using the app installer to get it on my phone from ASTRO. nothing is working.... help.

When I tried several times to download the file I would get the same message...Then I tried using Opera Mobile and it worked fine on the first time. This rocks!

dont know how your Opera is working but mine is worthless... it wont even load the page to download the apk it just goes blank.

This app works fantastically. This makes the tbolt which was already hands down the best phone available even better.

I believe this is an unofficial version and there are reports that installing it creates major security leaks on your phone. Anyone able to comment on this?
