Siri saves man who was paralyzed following Jeep rollover in the freezing cold Nevada desert

A man who was 80% paralyzed after his Jeep rolled over in the Nevada desert, was saved by Siri. Facing a freezing cold night with just his dog and no one around for miles, Nate Felix yelled out for Siri to call 911 and that act saved his life.

Google assistant could potentially talk to the 911 operator for the individual and hold a conversation.

I can see this in the near future. Android automotive (not to be confused with Android Auto) can assess the damage to the car. The watch can determine life signs and Google Duplex can call 911 and give them all the details. Hell Google Duplex could even talk to the victim and try to keep them conscious

If siri did this with zero user interaction then I would be impressed, it's no different that just calling 911 yourself.

Hope the wheel chair isn’t permanent. But he is definitely lucky. All assistants should have always listening mode which I know a lot do.

If he had a Ad Droid phone and was using Hey Google , instead of calling 911 it would have brought up Jeeps website.........
