Shot on iPhone 6: Apple picks awesome user-recorded videos to show what the camera is capable of

The iPhone is the world's most popular camera. This is hardly news - the switch from cameras to phones as our most used devices to capture the moment in a photograph happened a few years ago, and Flickr was one of the first to break the news...

It's used as one, and what I'm saying is that compared with cameras, it's the most popular one, according to data by Flickr.

it mean that they use camera more on iPhone then Android users, but i dont think it even true anyway, iPhone camera is like 8th best , i defitnetly want better camera when recording family event/other thing and not with a weak 8 megapixel camera, i want more detail and better processing, not settling for 8 megapixel camera which is not as good as competitors.

That just isn't true. Look up to any social network, including flicker the biggest photo sharing platform I think, and you will find iPhone dominating everything. And why ? Because iPhone is the thing that is used. A lot. While most of android instaled base are garbage devices pushed to poor markets. They aren't used as a typical iPhone, they are used for calling and maybe for texting, not even talking about taking photos or browsing the web. Most of android instaled base are featurephones by usage.

Since the iPhone is the top selling single model, then that makes it the top in every category just based on sales. well at least that is how fans see it. Top selling phone, has maybe the 5th best camera vs any other phone. The S6, S5, Note 4, S4 and Note 3 all have a better camera vs the iPhone 6. Oh and it isn't because they have more megapixels either.

Slow motion video is the only thing good in iphone . In other cases even a 200$ Android can beat it .

It's one of the best. I used an iPhone 6 Plus and it eats any camera I used.

not the best, s6, note 4, z3, galaxy s4, galaxy s5, other phone also produce better image and video, nothing special at al lwith iphone camera. it is pretty lackluster in. comparison.

The iPhone line proved that more megapixels dont mean good quality. Their camera software is almost the best of the best and the modes are very well crafted.

No. It proved that fools will buy a phone 4 times in a row with the same camera that takes the same color washed photos over and over again and not question it..../s

No, the iphone line proved that the i5heep force is strong with the global population - so much so that they are happy being raped for $1000 buying mutton dressed as lamb 2-3 yr old technology packaged as current technology .. lolololol

Here is a review from expert, not someone living in a basement in Detroit or someone calling themselves authority. http://thedigitalcamera.net/best-camera-phone-the-final-comparative/

If this so called expert was a expert he would have tested Pureview phones! But no Pureview phone was tested! Still the Pureview 808 from 2012 is unbeatable! En what about the Lumia 1020? Hell even the old N8 from 2010 beats most recent phones camera wise! Yes iPhone can kiss their asses!
