Sharp unveils the first cellphone with VGA display - 904SH
Vodafone K.K. has unveiled the first mobile phone to feature a VGA(480 x 640 pixels) LCD display that improves four times the resolution offered by the current QVGA - 904SH from Sharp. The tri-band GSM/WCDMA device with clamshell form factor is expected to be commercially available in April this year. The main features are as follows:
- 2.4-inch VGA 262k color main display
- Monochrome sub-display
- a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera with 2x optical zoom and facial recognition feature
- 20MB internal memory
- miniSD memory expansion slot
- Bluetooth/USB/IrDA connectivitry
- 3D motion control sensor
- stereo speakerswith 3D surround sound suppor
