Save $200 on the fifth-generation Verizon Apple iPad at Best Buy (Wi-Fi + Cellular)

If you're seeking out a capable tablet today (Black Friday), Best Buy has a deal that you might find interesting. All Verizon branded fifth-generation iPad tablets with Wi-Fi and Cellular have been cut in price by $200 with an important caveat; you need to sign a two-year contract with Big Red. After the discounts take effect, the 32GB variant will cost you $259. For $359, your iPad will feature 128GB of storage. The usual prices for the tablets are $459 and $559, respectively.

The Gold and Space Gray models can be purchased on Best Buy's website with other options available at the Big Box retailer's stores. The 5th-gen slates were originally released this past March carrying a Retina Display, and are powered by an A9 chip. An 8MP camera adorns the back, and there is a 1.2MP FaceTime camera in front. Just keep in mind that this is not an iPad Pro, which means there is no support for Apple Pencil. There is, however, a 3.5mm earphone jack, and Touch ID.

Those taking advantage of this deal will also receive a free six-month subscription to Webroot Secure Anywhere. This is security software designed to protect any combination of up to 3 PC, Mac and Mobile Devices (Android tablets and smartphones, iOS and Windows Phones). You'll be protected against viruses, malware, phishing attacks and other threats to your connected devices.

This happens to be a darn good deal if you're seeking a cellular enabled iPad without all of the features found on the iPad Pro. And to show you how good a deal this is, the savings turn out to be 44% on the 32GB slab and 36% on the 128GB version. Yes, the sale sounds much more impressive when computed on a percentage basis. If interested, click on the sourcelink. Or if you can, lift your turkey stuffed body off of the couch and visit your local Best Buy store today.
