Samsung unveils a 10 mega pixels cameraphone - SCH-B600
Samsung Electronics has chosen this year's CeBIT convention in Hannover, Germany to unveil its new 10 mega pixels cameraphone - SCH-B600. The camera is with auto-focus, 3x optical and 5x digita zoom, 1/2000 shutter speed as well as a timer. The other features of the bar-designed device are as follows:
- 2.2-inch QVGA 16M color TFT display
- Bluetooth
- Memory card slot
- DMB broadcast support
- Music and Image playback
- Voice recognition

The Samsung SCH-B600 is planned to be released in Q2 2006 through SK Telecom.
